Balsmic Phase Before Any New Moon

Updated: Dec 23, 2021

Heads Up! A peak of what we can do before we also have the eclipse energy of the Scorpio Moon

The 3 days before the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius December 1 - 3

Thought I’d give us a little heads up about what’s happening over the next couple of days. The moon is now in the balsamic lunar phase which is always the final phase before any new moon. Here are some things that we can do during this lunar phase before we get to the eclipse as well as using the energy of the Moon in the sign of Scorpio. Moon is Scorpio began Wednesday morning December 1st and it goes through till the Moon enters Sagittarius 7:13 AM on Friday the 3rd still balsamic. I’ll talk about that tomorrow, today let’s talk about the Moon in Scorpio in the balsamic lunar phase.

  • The balsamic lunar phase can be a very productive time for inner work and dream work. Being creative does not happen without inner work whether we’re conscious of it or not. The few days before every new moon is a great time to give our logical, overworked, practical brains a rest and allow our intuitive, imaginative and creative side some space; some free reign.

The Moon in Scorpio is very deep, intense and is looking for transmutation. We’re going to be feeling a lot of this as well when we get to Venus conjunct Pluto over the coming weeks. They’re actually engaging right now so this might feel like an intensity of that energy.

While the moon is in Scorpio over the next couple of days we are required to slow down and go within. This could very well create some healing processes for many of us. Allowing us to look at some of our own wounds, recognize what they are and in our own ways transmute our wounds and that in turn will create space for what is to come.

This process can feel very deep it could be very painful for some and incredibly healing for others. I hope you find your healing in this process over the next few days.
