At 1 degree of Aquarius on January 21, 2023 at 3:53 PM EST
There are so many things we can talk about with this New Moon in Aquarius and of course they are the qualities of Aquarius. I could be kicking a hornet’s nest with some of the things we could talk about and while I am going through my own personal Astrology that is making me feel feistier then normal I am still not interested in having any debates with anyone about politics. So I will be doing my best to stay in the middle while I explain what I am seeing.
Aquarius is in charge of many things so let’s get started on the bigger picture first and work into what it means on a personal and day to day level.
While I'm not a politician and I will not talk about specific politics on my channel I will say this. Aquarius is in charge of the Congress and the House of Representatives. “We The People” is a perfect example of what Aquarius represents. It's the collective of individuals. It is doing what is best for the many not the few.
Here in the United States (I know other countries too) we are having a number of issues with our government, most recently the House of Representatives. Seeing how dysfunctional the branches of our government are these days and how detached they have become from what THE PEOPLE want is a perfect example of the Aquarius energy being expressed in a poorly way.
We always have the choice to use any transit in a way that raises our vibration or lowers it.I know the Sun and Moon have just entered this sign and I will speak about that shortly; Saturn has been in Aquarius for over 2 years now and the big game changer will be PLUTO. It will be entering and leaving Aquarius 3 times between March 2023 and November 2024 when PLUTO will stay in Aquarius for another 19 years.
Saturn entered Aquarius in March of 2020 and Jupiter came in at the end of 2020. This is when things really became apparent in regard to our freedoms. The entry of Saturn in Aquarius IMO broke society in many ways. Governments all over the world put up rules and regulations, took away freedoms to keep people “safe”. That turned everything on its head and the world has not been the same since.
The entry of Pluto into Aquarius is when we will be fighting for our freedoms, independence, and autonomy on another level, deeper than we have so far. Big changes that will take some time.
But what about now? What can we do now with a New Moon in Aquarius that is only with us for a few days? This New Moon in Aquarius on January 21, 2023 at 3:53 PM EST is your opportunity to set goals based on your beliefs, the things you want to grow and where you are willing to take risks and step out of your comfort zone. Break away from the status quo and engage in progressive thinking and actions to create some forward movement.
This can be very easy if you find the time to slow down for a few days before the New Moon and create some space for yourself. It is hard to bring forth something new when we don’t create some space for it. This is that lunar phase before every New Moon that I talk about in my videos. The Balsamic lunar phase asks us to release, distill information, rest, purify yourself so when the Moon is new you are refreshed and can set your intentions.
It is always recommended that you write out some goals and intentions in a journal and I also think it is very important to include what is currently going on in your life and how you are feeling. The New Moon is dark for a while so we never truly know what we are working with till time has moved on. So expressing your feelings in your journal my be more important in the long run then just writing out goals.
Here are some additional thoughts on what Aquarius will inspire many of us to focus on. Also set goals based on whatever else you want to manifest in your life.
Aquarius focus: some of us will step into local or national politics because we are called to serve humanity in that way. If you are hearing the call please do we always need new people and ideas, it is the only way we grow as a society. Also anything related to humanitarianism.
Are you inspired to help disenfranchised people? I know the homeless populations all over the country are growing. Do you feel inspired to help there? I cooked in the kitchen of a homeless shelter for a couple years and it felt good to help in the way I could.
Where are you feeling you could help your fellow humans?I know for me I have not been involved with group activities for a very long time. Groups and like-minded people are ruled by Aquarius. I am feeling the itch to create a new group that is something I love and is inspiring. If you didn’t know Astrology is ruled by Aquarius so who knows, maybe “The Seacoast Astrological Association” will be re-born.
You might be feeling the need to break away from the old cycles and patterns, this is the freedom loving energy of Aquarius. You can do this by finding groups that represent your vibration, and groups that work with energy in a fresh new way or feels high vibe to you.
With Pluto entering Aquarius in the near future I feel strongly that this is the start of the age of Aquarius. Whether I am right or wrong really does not matter. What matters is you take this time at this New Moon to create or engage in the things that help you grow and to feel free to express your unique ways of being in the world.
This whole planet is in a hug re-set and the best way to help this is to rise to the occasion and do your work. Raise your vibration and contribute to the collective in your own unique way.
