Navigating Personal Transformation During Pluto in Capricorn
I wanted to write a little something about Pluto and how we are feeling these days and why.
I did a Podcast with Laura Wooster recently on the Intuitive Life Podcast this week, and the main conversation was about Pluto in Capricorn, how I see it and how Laura sees it from her perspective. Check it out. It should be posted within a day or two of this posting. Podcast Pluto in Capricorn.

Pluto retrograde in Capricorn is complete. Now that the retrograde is done Pluto needs to finish up the transit through Capricorn which will be on January 20, 2024.
Ever since June 11, 2023 we have been under this evolutionary test from Pluto, but to be honest the whole of 2023 has been excruciating for many of us.
Pluto is asking; actually Pluto doesn't ask anything, it's commanding us to look beneath the surface of our own psyche into our own emotional and psychological systems and beliefs. This energy compels us to break down old systems and old structures that may be toxic and at the very least no longer necessary to be part of our lives. Previously suppressed issues may surface from your subconscious and manifest as real-life circumstances to address.
This is so we can emerge and evolve into what's new and what's next with no debris left from years of power struggles and avoiding doing your own shadow work.
So at this time I would ask you to think about what 2023 has felt like to you so far. Open a book and journal your thoughts.
Where in the deepest part of you, the most private part, are you desiring a metamorphosis a change?
What needs to be torn down so something else can be constructed or grow in its place? Maybe you have already experienced this over the year. If so, good for you, you listened and are working with the changes you know you need. For others, I understand this is a hard question to answer because we feel vulnerable when we look at our weaknesses and/or our deepest darkest secrets and fears.
It's also important to observe how you are showing up in your own life. Have you noticed things breaking down and are you breaking free from your limited beliefs?
Pluto's intense force encourages us to explore our inner thoughts and feelings. It pushes us to confront and change problems in our lives, leading to personal growth and a better version of ourselves.
I know this feels scary, I personally let go of a few really big things this year and I feel like I am not grounded yet. The transition around my home security has gone from unknown to very secure. It took 2 years but I am pretty secure where I live now.
By the time we get to the end of 2023 most of us should be aware of what is changing and evolving for you personally. I really hope you can see this. You don’t have to like it, the lesson is to recognize what has changed or is in the process of changing. Whatever that is it needs to be honored. Like my example of home security. I'm grateful for the significant changes Pluto brought into my life. The Lord of the Underworld is always changing, transforming and evolving and so are we.
The most intense periods of Pluto in Capricorn will be when he is at the last degree of that sign 29°.
Pluto will be at 29 Capricorn December 20, 2023 to January 20, 2024. Late in 2024 we will have the same thing, September 20, 2024 through November 19, 2024 Pluto will stir up the pot one more time. Like the final lancing of an infection, just to make sure you have gotten all the rotten material out.
